Thank you for shopping with byhartist. We specialize in carefully selected beauty products for personal and professional use.
Due to the hygienic and personal care nature of our products, **all sales are final**.
1. No Returns or Exchanges
For health, hygiene, and safety reasons, we do **not** accept returns, exchanges, or product swaps once an order has been confirmed and shipped.
This policy applies to all beauty products sold through our store.
We strongly encourage customers to carefully review their order before completing their purchase.
2. No Refunds
We do not offer refunds, cancellations, or store credit for:
* Change of mind
* Incorrect product selection
* Incorrect shipping information provided by the customer
* Shipping carrier delays
* Packages marked as “delivered” by the shipping carrier
All purchases made through byhartist are final.
3. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, you must notify us within **48 hours of confirmed delivery**.
To submit a claim, please email us with:
* Your order number
* Clear photos of the item received
* Photos of the original packaging
* Evidence of the damage or error
* A detailed description of the issue
After reviewing your claim, we may, at our sole discretion:
* Send a replacement item (if applicable), or
* Provide an alternative resolution
Claims submitted after the 48-hour window will not be accepted.
4. Order Cancellations
Orders cannot be canceled once they have been processed.
5. Shipping Policy
We ship within the United States and Puerto Rico. Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, we are not responsible for delays, lost packages, or damages caused by the carrier.
