Shipping policy
1. Shipping Locations
We currently ship within:
* United States
* Puerto Rico
At this time, we do not offer international shipping outside these regions.
2. Processing Time
All orders are processed within **1–3 business days** (excluding weekends and holidays).
Please note:
* Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or federal holidays.
* During high-volume periods, processing times may be extended.
Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
3. Shipping Time
Estimated delivery times vary depending on the shipping carrier and destination.
Standard shipping typically takes **3–7 business days**, but delivery times are not guaranteed.
Shipping delays may occur due to:
* Carrier delays
* Weather conditions
* High shipping volume periods
* Incorrect shipping information provided at checkout
byhartist is not responsible for carrier-related delays once the package has been shipped.
4. Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information at checkout.
If an order is returned due to:
* Incorrect address
* Incomplete address
* Failed delivery attempts
The customer may be responsible for additional shipping fees to reship the package.
We do not issue refunds for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses.
5. Lost or Stolen Packages
Once an order has been marked as **delivered** by the shipping carrier, byhartist is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered but you did not receive it, we recommend:
* Checking with household members or neighbors
* Contacting your local post office
* Filing a claim directly with the shipping carrier
6. Damaged Packages
If your package arrives damaged, you must contact us within **48 hours of delivery** and provide:
* Order number
* Photos of the damaged packaging
* Photos of the damaged product
We will review the claim and determine the appropriate resolution at our discretion.
7. Shipping Fees
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout and are non-refundable.
